You will engage in deal integration and human capital realization, analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining client relationships while keeping standards exemplary.

Responsibilities

Engage in deal integration with a focus on human capital

Conduct HR functional assessments during due diligence

Contribute to change management and organization design efforts

Support onboarding, training, and workforce transition initiatives

Develop communication strategies and foster cultural alignment

Analyze complex problems and provide actionable insights

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills

Build and maintain enduring client relationships

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management preferred

Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills

Excellence in relationship management and collaboration

Experience supporting HR functional assessments during diligence

Effective communication across various formats

Salary range: $77,000 – $202,000. The compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
