Our client, a technology solutions provider company located in San Francisco, CA, needs a hybrid Scrum Master for a full-time position. Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to champion Agile practices and drive the successful delivery of key initiatives. This role will initially focus on a strategic client reporting modernization project, with long-term opportunities to lead a diverse range of initiatives across the Client Service landscape.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in the Scrum Master role supporting Agile delivery teams
5+ years of experience using Agile project management and collaboration tools, including JIRA and Confluence
Active Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or comparable Agile credential)
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred or Nice‑to‑have Skills
Demonstrated ability to coach and guide teams through the practical adoption of Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive measurable outcomes
Prior experience in financial services or investment management strongly preferred

The expected base salary range for this role is 120K-160K per year.
The posted range is an estimate, the actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications and will be in line with internal equity.
