Product Marketing Lead
We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Lead to build and grow our product marketing function.
Base Pay Range $175,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Own the overall product marketing strategy and roadmap
Partner with executive leadership, product, and sales on messaging and go-to-market planning
Develop and maintain product positioning and messaging for mid‑market and enterprise audiences
Lead customer, market, and competitive research to uncover insights and opportunities
Turn research into clear value propositions and practical sales narratives
Create and oversee core product marketing assets, including case studies, product videos, sales tools, and thought leadership content
Ensure strong alignment across product, marketing, and revenue teams on messaging and campaign direction
Qualifications
7 or more years of experience in product marketing at a senior or lead level
Strong background marketing complex B2B SaaS products, ideally in startup or high‑growth environments
Ability to understand technical products and explain them in clear, simple terms
Hands‑on experience using AI tools to support content development and marketing workflows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to senior leaders
Proven ability to bring stakeholders together and move work forward despite differing opinions
Active content contributor with a professional presence on LinkedIn
Location & Compensation
Onsite role based in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA
Salary range: $175,000 – $200,000
