WHAT YOU WILL DO Your main contribution will be to care for our customers in the store and through the entire customer cycle. We provide training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling, following our cutting‑edge approach to client experience. Key responsibilities include:

Managing and executing omni‑channel services.

Welcoming and guiding customers through a smooth cycle, attending to all details and providing a best‑in‑class experience.

Achieving sales, conversion, and clienteling targets.

Upholding administrative procedures and managing inventory skillfully.

Previous customer‑facing role within retail or hospitality.
