Key Responsibilities Ship full-stack features (Go/TypeScript) at velocity, owning end-to-end from conception to deployment. Lead architectural decisions, balancing speed/scalability; establish AI-assisted engineering practices. Collaborate with founders/customers on solutions; shape culture, recruit/mentor team. Must-Haves 5+ years full-stack engineering with leadership; VC-backed startup scaling (seed-Series B); AI project experience. High agency, self-driven; thrives in fast-paced ownership environments. CS undergrad preferred; no FAANG-only or front-end focus; stable history. Passion for AI experimentation; NYC in-office 3+ days/week.
