Asia Chief Financial Officer (CFO) This position reports directly to the Asia Pole Director.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full spectrum of financial management across the Asia region, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
Develop financial strategies that align with business objectives and regional growth plans.
Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and investment planning.
Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, tax regulations, audit requirements, and internal control policies.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decisions, mergers and acquisitions, and major capital investments.
Lead and mentor finance teams across multiple countries, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Work closely with the Asia Pole Director, regional leaders, and global headquarters to deliver accurate and timely financial results.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent. Professional qualifications (CPA, CA, ACCA) are highly preferred.
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance management, with at least 5 years in a regional or senior leadership role.
Strong experience in managing multi-country financial operations in Asia.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, governance, and compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment and travel when required.
