Overview
Leidos has an opening for an Imagery Analyst to support our customer in Chantilly, Virginia. This is an opportunity to use experience in traditional and innovative analytical tradecraft and efficient workflows to support a national security customer. The analyst will work directly with customers and team members and must be able to create, edit, research, evaluate, analyze, and fuse data from multiple sources and datasets to produce current and finished geospatial intelligence products. The Imagery Analyst will prepare geospatial products and present intelligence assessments to customers and advise leadership of intelligence issues and challenges as appropriate. The candidate will exercise oral and written communication skills to collaborate and interact with analysts within the customer agency and with their customers. The analyst will assist in the development and documentation of imagery analysis procedures, and maintenance of products, and will be responsible for mentoring journeyman level analysts and developing innovative approaches to solve challenging intelligence problems. Responsibilities
Prepare geospatial products and present intelligence assessments to customers. Advise leadership of intelligence issues and challenges as appropriate. Collaborate with analysts within the customer agency and with customers through oral and written communication. Develop and document imagery analysis procedures and maintain products. Mentor journeyman level analysts and develop innovative approaches to solve challenging intelligence problems. Fuse data from multiple sources and datasets to produce current and finished geospatial intelligence products. Basic Qualifications
Active TS/SCI HS Diploma and at least 3+ years of relevant imagery analysis experience Produce finished imagery intelligence products, reports and assessments Strong knowledge of soft copy exploitation and multi-spectral exploitation functionalities Strong knowledge of REMOTEVIEW, IEC, NES, and common office software (PowerPoint, spreadsheets, word processing) Utilize the full suite of imagery analysis tools and geospatial information systems to support geospatial production requirements Ability to incorporate multiple data sources Proficiency in MS Office suite Strong time management skills Preferred Qualifications
BS and 2+ years of relevant experience Familiarity with emerging AI technologies, tools, and methodologies and their applications in geospatial and intelligence workflows Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding work environment Ability to brief senior staff officers to affect decisions Ability to work cooperatively as a team member and guide NGA analysts to build effective customer relationships Experience supporting analysis of WMD mission areas About Leidos
