Summary Leader Bank, N.A., one of the fastest growing banks in Massachusetts, has an immediate opening for a Branch Manager at our Falmouth location. The selected individual, in conjunction with management, will develop and implement sales and referral goals and is responsible for creating a positive, motivating environment in which team members can achieve the branch/Bank mission. Plan, implement, and manage areas of responsibility to facilitate continuous improvement and growth while supporting Leader Bank’s goals and visions.

Responsibilities

Responsible for achievement of personal sales goals, and proactively guiding the sales activities of the staff toward achievement of branch goals.

Through tested techniques, engage in sales and service coaching sessions with sales staff.

Responsible for daily branch operations including overdraft management, vault management, branch schedules, the opening and closing of the office, and other such duties.

Responsible for branch's adherence to audit/compliance requirements.

Manages customer service levels within the branch, adhering to established guidelines.

Consistently applies Human Resource policy for routine aspects of management, and as performance issues arise.

May prepare and deliver performance appraisals for subordinates as directed by Branch Manager.

Expected to have/gain full understanding of the teller function.

Qualifications

Incumbents who have tenure with the bank must have a history of solid sales, service, and any applicable management successes.

Basic business acumen and professionalism is a must.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical.

Ability to build relationships and strong alliances across the organization.

The ability to quickly learn all there is to know about the products and services offered by the bank.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and poses a strong attention to detail.

Must be available to work Saturdays and evenings on a rotating basis and travel among branches as needed.

High School or equivalent required.

Associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.

One-to-two years of supervisory/management experience in a retail banking environment required.

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Leader Bank salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.

Salary Minimum: 74,892.00 - Salary Max: 112,338.00
