Responsibilities
Conduct intake, eligibility screening, and career assessments for individuals interested in training programs.
Develop individualized career plans and provide ongoing career coaching and case management.
Complete and monitor daily attendance, training engagement, and participant progress.
Support job readiness activities including resume development, interview preparation, and professional skills building.
Maintain regular contact with participants from enrollment through job placement and retention.
Collaborate with training partners, instructors, and employer engagement staff to ensure participant success.
Enter assessments, attendance, service notes, and outcome data into the case management system in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide referrals to supportive services as needed to remove barriers to participation.
Develop and maintain relationships with tech employers, staffing firms, and internship host sites.
Source paid and unpaid internship opportunities aligned with participants’ training and career goals.
Match graduates to entry‑level tech roles (IT Support, Helpdesk, QA, digital operations, data roles, etc.).
Prepare candidates for interviews and hiring processes.
Track all employer engagement, internships, job placements, and retention milestones.
Maintain accurate documentation in the case management system.
Activities are subject to change with management approval.
Must Haves
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Workforce Development, Education, Counseling, or equivalent experience.
At least 3+ years of experience in case management, career advising, coaching, or workforce services.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Experience supporting diverse adult learners and individuals with barriers to employment.
Proficiency with case management systems (Salesforce, SEAMS, etc.) preferred.
Special Working Conditions
Local travel may be required to attend orientations, meet with partners, or visit training sites.
High‑volume caseload with time‑sensitive documentation and performance metrics.
Fast‑paced, outcomes‑driven environment requiring strong multitasking and follow‑through.
