Responsibilities
Lead direct sales initiatives targeting luxury consortia and high‑value travel advisors.
Strategically develop and manage a portfolio of corporate accounts to drive sustained revenue growth.
Meet or surpass all revenue goals for the department.
Build and maintain relationships, putting clients’ needs at the top of the priority list.
Qualifications
Passionate about hospitality sales with a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.
Expert in sales, a strong leader, natural salesperson, and proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexible and driven, with tenacity to get the job done.
