NERA, an international economic consulting firm, is hiring Research Associates for its offices in New York City, San Francisco, Washington DC, White Plains (NY), and Chicago. The role is ideal for students graduating by Summer 2026 in economics, finance, or related fields such as accounting, statistics, and computer science. Responsibilities
Design and build quantitative models and apply econometric analysis to economic and financial data. Conduct valuation analyses and review, summarize, and analyze industry trends. Create trial exhibits and presentation materials, and write code for complex data analysis. Participate in client meetings and draft memos and expert reports. Manage project tasks with limited travel. Qualifications
BA/BS in any major or a Master’s degree, graduating by Summer 2026. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and detail‑oriented abilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience or coursework in finance, economics, accounting, statistical analysis/econometrics, and computer programming. Team‑oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively. Application Process
