Responsibilities
Partner with Consumer Group senior leaders to jointly develop comprehensive business strategies that solve complex business challenges and address customer and stakeholder needs, driving incremental growth and new customer value.
Work with Intuit Technology Ecosystem platform leaders to influence operating and strategic planning decisions and business and investment priorities.
Provide focused analytical support to leaders responsible for operational improvements, ensuring rigorous execution and continuous improvement.
Learn from internal and external best practices and work with business leaders to implement and scale them across the Consumer Group.
Shape and manage the Consumer Group’s operating rhythm and planning processes as part of the Business Operations Leadership team.
Qualifications
6‑8 years of experience delivering impact across an organization (e.g., strategy and implementation in consulting, business operations in technology, or efficiency/effectiveness improvement).
Strong structured problem‑solving skills combined with business acumen.
Proven ability to distill complex, ambiguous topics into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
Deep understanding of end‑to‑end processes and rapid learning of new business domains.
Passion for excellence and a desire to make a significant business impact.
High self‑motivation and proactive approach to solving problems at team and company levels.
Well‑rounded interpersonal skills to build relationships with senior executives.
Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creative problem solving, and keen business sense.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for senior executive-level communication and facilitation.
Strong process and project management skills.
Strong academic record; MBA or equivalent from a nationally recognized institution preferred.
Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with base salary, cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay is based on job knowledge, skills, experience, and location, with regular pay equity reviews across categories.
