Location : Fully Remote in Northern California (Must be Californian barred)
Salary : Up to $170,000
Experience Required : 2+ years in insurance defense / civil litigation / employment litigation

Responsibilities
Professional Liability involving doctors, nurses, healthcare providers, insurance agents, brokers, real estate agents, and engineers.
General Liability claims such as slip and falls and premises liability.
Catastrophic Personal Injury matters – including high‑stakes construction site incidents.
This role offers exposure to complex defense‑side litigation with meaningful opportunities to lead cases and develop a deep, specialized expertise.
Salary & Perks
Competitive base salary up to $170,000.
Fully Remote – optional office presence available if desired in the Bay or Sacramento.

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in employment litigation.
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Self‑motivated with strong time management skills.
Admitted to practice law in California.
