Qualifications
Over 5 years of working experience in the automotive or battery energy storage system (BESS) or battery industry, familiar with business practices and systematic processes of American customers. Demonstrated team management and coordination skills, and controlling execution risk.
Bachelor’s degree or above. Fluent in English as a working language. Majors in International Trade, Finance, Accounting preferred. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
Skilled in project management, coordination, and communication; self-driven and innovative.
Strong logical thinking and execution capabilities.
Strong resilience under pressure, outgoing personality, and a strong sense of teamwork.
Job Responsibilities
Demand Management: Collect, analyze, assess, and make necessary correctives to customer demands. Facilitate cross-departmental communication and alignment.
Order Execution: Receive, review, and confirm customer orders; issue internal execution instructions.
Delivery Plan: Organize evaluation and confirmation of delivery plans; monitor and ensure plan implementation.
Production and Sales Management: Balance demand and supply to identify optimal solutions.
Account Management: Execute reconciliation, invoicing, and payment collection in accordance with contracts.
Process and System Development: Identify and streamline business process rules. Develop and implement enhancement plans to ensure compliance and process integrity.
