Role Overview The Senior SAP BW 4/Hana Consultant will be responsible for designing, building and deploying reporting solutions. This includes dashboards, data transformation, and integration of data sources. The consultant will support the BI team and external AMS partner in solving Application Management Services issues for BI solutions, and will execute on the implementation of the BI strategy for Ardagh Metal Packaging North America. Responsibilities include leading North American BI projects, communicating with key users and product owners, reporting project status, writing policies, and acting as the main technical contact for business contacts.
Key Responsibilities
Use modelling tools, especially in the context of SAP BW or BW/4HANA.
Establish, communicate and drive strategy for the North America region.
Resolve complex organizational and technical issues within the region.
Work with relational databases, such as SQL and the MS Azure cloud environment.
Use data visualization tools such as SAP Analytic Cloud or Power BI and data analysis tools.
Successfully support, build, and operate a global business intelligence and analytics platform.
Understand multiple business areas and systems, effectively integrate those areas by coordinating cross‑functional teams, and build cross‑functional solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience at an analyst level.
3–5 years of experience developing solutions in a business intelligence or data warehouse environment, preferably SAP BW or SAP BW/4HANA.
3–5 years of experience developing front‑end solutions, preferably in Power BI.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines for multiple projects concurrently.
Proven track record of using creative problem‑solving skills and independent thinking.

Compensation The anticipated base annual salary range for this role is between $95,900 and $143,900 per year (Illinois only). The role is bonus‑eligible.
