As an HCM Consultant on this team, you will be responsible for supporting Fusion applications (HCM modules). You will engage customers to understand and map their business processes, design, and develop solutions using Oracle Fusion tools, create technical design documents, and perform unit testing with a comprehensive business flow in mind. You will collaborate with team members and communicate with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities About You:

You have experience collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Responsibilities also include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional and Technical issues of complex and critical service requests. The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a technical and functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer.

You are passionate about customer service, with a strong customer focus, excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.

You are a strong logical thinker with problem‑solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.

You have excellent communication skills. You can clearly explain complex technical concepts.

As a primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of experience in implementation and support with 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud product / solutions.

Expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Applications.

Proficient in HCM modules including Payroll, Core HR and Benefits. Experience with Time & Labor and Absence is a plus.

Some experience with Redwood UI rollouts.

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with diverse audiences, from executives to technical specialists.

Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities, capable of developing and adapting action plans.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.

Location This role will be onsite with customer in Pleasanton, CA.

Qualifications Disclaimer: Certain US customer or client‑facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $46.30 - $95.91 per hour; from: $96,300 - $199,500 per year. May be eligible for equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non‑overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
