Job Description The Store Manager is a multi‑faceted leader responsible for driving sales results, overseeing daily store operations, cultivating customer service excellence, and developing the store team. The role blends business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Store Managers lead the team in opening and closing routines, operational efficiency, floorset updates, styling recommendations, product knowledge, recruiting, training, engagement, and performance development.
