We’re working with a fast-growing
technology company in the digital advertising / SaaS space
that is hiring a
highly analytical, execution-focused Chief of Staff
to partner closely with the CEO. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of
strategy, finance, operations, and execution . You’ll help drive alignment across leadership, bring structure to complex initiatives, and ensure the company’s top priorities are translated into clear plans, metrics, and outcomes. The ideal candidate combines
strong financial modelling and Excel skills , excellent
PowerPoint and executive communication , and the ability to
run projects and workflows independently
in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll do
Act as a
strategic and analytical thought partner
to the CEO, supporting decision-making with structured analysis and insights. Build and maintain
financial and operating models , scenario analyses, and KPI frameworks. Lead
planning and reporting cycles
(OKRs, performance reviews, executive updates). Create
executive-level presentations and materials
for leadership, board, investors, and key external stakeholders. Own and manage
cross-functional projects and workflows , ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and follow-through. Build and maintain
dashboards and reporting
to track progress and performance. Help streamline decision-making and improve operational efficiency across teams. Represent the CEO in select meetings and ensure actions are executed. What we’re looking for
Must-haves
Strong
PowerPoint
skills with an executive-level standard. Proven
project management
and organisational skills; highly hands-on and proactive. Comfortable working independently in a
high-growth, changing environment . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience
4–6 years in
consulting, strategy, finance, operations, or executive office / Chief of Staff–type roles . Exposure to
tech, SaaS, ad tech, or digital platforms
strongly preferred. Nice-to-haves
Understanding of digital advertising or data-driven commercial models. Experience supporting senior leadership or board-level work. Package
