This full-time Family Medicine position offers a concierge-style model with no call, no weekends, and a predictable four-day workweek. Practice Overview

You’ll join a collaborative team supported by mid-levels and multiple onsite specialties

Concierge-style care model focused on patient access and personalized service

No call, no weekends, and no after-hours responsibilities

Practice in partnership with Behavioral Health, Rehab, Dental, Optical, and Community Health

Schedule

Four-day workweek (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday)

Outpatient only; 100% clinic, no inpatient or hospital call

No evenings or weekends required

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine

Eligible for Wisconsin medical license and DEA certification
