Role Summary Our Boston, Massachusetts office is looking for a

Sr. Client Service Associate

to serve as the liaison between the client and the Financial Advisor (FA). This is a hybrid position, working partially from home and partially on‑site at our office location in Boston.

In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. We encourage you to apply and provide us with your compensation expectations when you do.

Primary Job Functions

New Client Onboarding

Ensures accurate completion of prospect/new client paperwork and set‑up

Follows up on funds transfer from surrendering company

Maintains CRM database and client files

Researches and follows up on any issues with the Broker/Dealer, WEG Operations, and vendors

Records incoming assets to the appropriate blotting tool

Client Relationship Management

Dialog with client to understand their personal history and current financial needs and communicates to the advisor or handles issue resolution

Prepares account transactions, trades, deposits, withdrawals, RMDs, etc.

Completes any review follow‑up needs for client

May work with client’s tax or legal counsel on client concerns

Conducts tax research (1099s)

Team and Corporate Support

Assists Advisor Team Operations to streamline processes

Completes operational projects to support enhancements and changes

Communicates process and sales updates to team

Manages vendors to Service Level Agreements

Industry/Company Knowledge

Demonstrates knowledge and can accurately execute against WEG’s suitability guidelines, operational processes, and sales model

Understands financial terminology and products

Working proficiency with annuities, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, fixed income, stocks, options, alternative investments, hedge funds, and charitable giving practices

Attends Client Services and company educational events

Education / Qualifications

4‑year college degree preferred

2-3 years of financial industry experience

Customer service training, knowledge or experience

Solid oral and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Good problem‑solving skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office and interest to learn financial concepts and products

Ability to work with deadlines, be flexible under pressure and prioritize work

Ability to work as a team member

Ability to learn financial product features and riders

Ability to learn the review process and how the review is completed

Salesforce experience a plus

Wealthscape experience a plus

WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost‑of‑living and demand for the role in the applicable market. Thus, the entire salary range for those who are classified as the Associate level is $51,450.00 to $84,000.00.
