Position Summary The Visual Designer will lead strategic creative efforts for clients, managing brand and product deliverables. This role demands a dynamic team member with critical thinking skills and hands‑on experience in brand and product marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing design systems, managing multiple projects, supporting team members, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Proficient in the fundamentals and principles of design, visual communication, color theory, and typography

Proficient at working within design systems, style guides, and brand standards

Actively and independently communicates facets of a project, internally and externally

Manages and leads at least one project, while working on others simultaneously

Able to shift priorities independently

Works independently and begins to oversee junior team members in the creation of solutions to projects and initiatives

Professionally and competently carries out day‑to‑day client interaction

Digital Execution

Translate designs into functional digital experiences using Webflow and WordPress, collaborating closely with developers to ensure design fidelity and performance.

Produce clean, scalable UI/UX designs aligned with brand strategy and user needs.

Stay fluent in emerging tools, plugins, and best practices across the Figma, motion, and no-code ecosystems.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing and video teams, supporting them by producing high‑quality creative.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop project concepts and storylines.

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve content.

Project Management

Lead creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with team members.

Adhere to project schedules, tracking progress, and addressing any issues that arise.

Allocate time effectively and manage work in line with project budgets as needed.

Technical Skills

Stay up to date with the latest software and industry trends.

Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.

Additional Responsibilities

Assist in the development of creative marketing strategies and promotional content.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

6+ years of experience in a creative or similar role.

Mastery in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, WebFlow/Framer (no code design type tools)

Experience in both B2B and B2C content creation
