Title: Incoming Quality Inspector
Location: Greater Waltham Area, MA (Onsite)

About the role This role supports the Product Quality team by performing incoming and in-process inspections to ensure parts and assemblies meet defined quality standards. The inspector plays a key role in maintaining production flow through timely, accurate inspection and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Perform incoming and in-process inspections per quality control plans
Inspect mechanical assemblies using hand measurement tools
Document and communicate inspection results for in-process and final products
Partner with Product Quality and Manufacturing teams to support production schedules
Ensure proper identification, status, and disposition of inspected materials
Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a Quality Inspector or Quality Technician
Strong understanding of D and engineering drawing interpretation
Hands‑on experience with calipers, micrometers, thread gages, and similar tools
Experience following quality control plans and inspection procedures
Working knowledge of ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency)
Estimated hourly range: $30–$40/hr (W‑2).
Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
