11x
Account Executive (SF)
San Francisco, CA
About 11x At 11x, we’re building autonomous agents that handle routine work end to end, freeing humans to focus on what they do best: creating, innovating, and building meaningful relationships. We’re one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world, with roughly 20x ARR growth and over $75M raised from leading investors including a16z and Benchmark. We operate with high ownership, tight feedback loops, and a strong bias toward velocity. Our team works in person at our San Francisco HQ, and we’re scaling rapidly to meet growing demand across the US and globally.
About The Role We’re hiring a seasoned Account Executive in the United States to drive new business across mid‑market and enterprise customers. This is a high‑impact role for a seller who thrives in fast‑moving environments, understands complex buying cycles, and is comfortable navigating multi‑stakeholder sales at meaningful deal sizes.
You’ll be selling category‑defining AI technology that materially changes how companies operate. That means educating buyers, shaping business cases, influencing senior leadership teams, and closing strategic deals that directly impact our growth. This is not a traditional AE role. You’ll join a high‑caliber, scrappy GTM team where you help shape the sales playbook, iterate on messaging, and partner closely with product and leadership as we scale our enterprise motion in the US.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle, including pipeline generation, discovery, solution mapping, negotiation, and closing
Engage senior stakeholders across operations, finance, GTM, and innovation functions
Build and manage a healthy pipeline, balancing speed with complex, high‑value enterprise opportunities
Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to craft solutions that demonstrate clear ROI
Run rigorous discovery to understand workflows, quantify value, and tailor AI‑driven solutions
Partner with marketing and GTM leadership to refine messaging, sales motions, competitive positioning, and regional strategy
Represent 11x with customers through executive meetings, on‑site visits, and industry events
Create repeatable patterns that inform how 11x scales its US sales organization
Requirements
8+ years in customer‑facing roles such as sales, account management, or business development
5+ years carrying a direct quota in SaaS, AI, automation, or enterprise software
Proven track record closing large, complex, multi‑stakeholder deals
Experience selling into mid‑market and enterprise customers, with comfort selling to organizations of 1,000 to 10,000+ employees
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build business cases, quantify ROI, and drive urgency
Ability to partner closely with technical and product teams to translate customer needs into actionable solutions
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward ownership, adaptability, and execution in fast‑moving environments
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, particularly with senior executives
US‑based, with the ability to travel for customer meetings and collaborate closely with the San Francisco‑based team
