The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
Moloco is seeking an experienced people manager and commercial leader to own and scale business development for Moloco Commerce Media (MCM) across the Americas. This role combines regional leadership, team development, and direct involvement in strategic partnerships for a highly technical, machine-learning–driven commerce media platform. Success will be measured by building a strong team, delivering regional revenue targets, and establishing Moloco as a leading commerce media partner in North America.
The Opportunity:
Build, lead, and develop a team of Business Development leaders responsible for MCM growth across the Americas.
Define regional strategy, target segments, and go-to-market plans for commerce and retail platform partnerships.
Oversee pipeline development, deal strategy, and execution of complex, multi-year commercial agreements.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to scale a repeatable and durable BD motion.
Serve as the senior regional representative for MCM with executive-level partners and at key industry events.
Balance strategic leadership with hands-on engagement in critical, high-impact partnerships as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience managing and scaling business development, partnerships, or sales teams in ad tech, commerce media, SaaS, or adjacent technology sectors.
Strong understanding of commerce media, retail media networks, or performance advertising ecosystems.
Ability to lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving technical products and senior executive stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with the operational rigor to build processes, forecasts, and repeatable GTM motions.
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence product direction and internal prioritization.
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales, with direct people management experience.
Track record of building and leading high-performing commercial teams.
Demonstrated success closing and scaling large, strategic platform or enterprise partnerships.
Strong executive presence and communication skills.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership and accountability.
Experience working closely with technical products, data-driven solutions, or machine-learning platforms.
Bonus Points
Experience scaling commerce media, retail media, or marketplace monetization programs.
Background in enterprise SaaS or platform partnerships.
Familiarity with machine learning–driven advertising or monetization technologies.
Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)
In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
Base Pay Range:
$256,000 - $355,000 USD
