Job Title: Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist - Private Practice
Location: Teaneck, NJ (15 minutes from NYC)
Hybrid schedule available
About the Role: We’re seeking a warm and highly motivated Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our thriving private-pay outpatient practice in Teaneck, NJ. You’ll work with a highly engaged, supportive team in a setting that prioritizes clinical excellence, autonomy, and quality of life.
This is a full-time position with a flexible 4- or 5-day schedule. Our practice offers generous compensation, no insurance billing, and a caseload of motivated, high-functioning patients—mostly children, teens, and young adults.

Optional partnership/profit-sharing track for long-term growth
Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist
Licensed in New Jersey (or able to obtain licensure)
Skilled, empathic, and passionate about outpatient care
Enjoys autonomy and values a team-based approach
Open to working in-person at least 2–3 days per week
Ideal for psychiatrists who are:
Looking to have more time with patients
