Overview About Connected Media Solutions Connected Media Solutions (CMS) is Publicis Groupe’s integrated sales and solutions organization, designed to deliver meaningful value for clients while supporting long-term growth across the Groupe. CMS partners closely with agency teams to connect client business and marketing objectives with the right media solutions, ensuring the best of Publicis is brought together in a clear, strategic, and impactful way.
Operating as a unified network of embedded business owners, CMS leads with influence, independence, and collaboration. The team is passionate about practical results and building strong connections, serving as trusted connectors across agencies, products, and leadership communities. Through strong storytelling, consultative selling, and cross-solution collaboration, CMS supports agency teams in delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes for clients and the Groupe.
Role Overview The Vice President, Connected Media Solutions serves as a strategic partner to agency and client teams, helping connect client business and marketing objectives to the right mix of Connected Media Solutions offerings. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and consultative selling, bringing together insights across the Groupe to unlock growth opportunities and deliver meaningful value.
VPs bring strategic clarity, strong storytelling, and consultative selling expertise to every interaction. They build trusted relationships with agency partners, collaborate across internal teams on behalf of shared clients, and help tailor solutions and narratives to each client’s unique needs. Through this approach, they enable agency teams to stay focused on client service while ensuring the best of Connected Media Solutions is activated in support of broader business goals.
Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with agency and client partners, establishing credibility as a strategic advisor and consultative sales partner.
Develop account growth plans aligned to client business and marketing objectives, agency strategy, and Connected Media Solutions opportunities.
Lead strategic agency and client conversations that connect Connected Media Solutions offerings to client objectives and business value.
Collaborate across internal product, enablement, and activation teams to identify, shape, and support cohesive sales opportunities.
Create and deliver compelling sales narratives and materials, including planning documents and business reviews that clearly articulate the value of Connected Media Solutions.
Track pacing and forecasting across assigned accounts, proactively identifying risks and raising issues to support accurate planning and informed decision-making.
Model Connected Media Solutions values and inclusive leadership behaviors, demonstrating accountability, integrity, and a problem‑solving approach in all interactions.
Qualifications
8–12 years of experience in media, advertising, marketing, or a related field, with a background in consultative sales, agency leadership, or client‑facing roles.
Demonstrated experience partnering with agency teams and navigating complex, matrixed organizations.
Proven ability to connect media solutions to broader client business and marketing objectives through strategic storytelling and consultative selling.
Breadth of experience across media and marketing channels, which may include identity and data‑driven solutions, programmatic media, advanced television, influencer marketing, retail media, and traditional media.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence collaborators without direct authority.
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities and collaborators.

Compensation Range: $146,490.00 - $230,460.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
