Physician Opportunity
Range $352k - $427k
HPSA – National Interest Waiver and H1b supported
Build your individual practice as an employed physician with operational support
4-4.5 days per week, flexible scheduling
100% outpatient setting

Qualifications
MD/DO board certified/board eligible in Neurology
Stroke fellowship training preferred
Able to obtain a medical professional license in the State of Wisconsin
Able to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice
BLS required
Compensation & Benefits
Range $352k - $427k
