Position Details:
Monday through Friday schedule with no call
Approximately 80% clinical and 20% administrative time
Clinical work available in inpatient or outpatient settings
Ability to focus on adults, child and adolescent, or all ages
Collaborative team with strong clinical and administrative support
Manageable patient volume with time for mentoring and supervision
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary structure with earning potential over $400,000, including Medical Director stipend
Full benefits, including health, dental, vision, and malpractice with tail coverage
Generous PTO, paid CME days, and CME allowance
Signing bonus and relocation assistance
Full coverage for licensure and DEA fees
Candidate Profile:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Trained in Adult or Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
Eligible for medical licensure in Mississippi
Experience or interest in leadership and program development
Comfort working in team-based behavioral health settings
