Base Pay Range $160,000 – $200,000 per year
About this Role We’re looking for a proactive Software Engineer who owns new AI-powered features, collaborates closely with product and design, and delivers high-quality user experiences for real customers.
What You Will Do
Take ownership of net‑new AI features and products (e.g., dashboard, real‑time voice AI, support tooling)
Write production‑grade TypeScript using Next.js, Bun, and the T3 stack
Guide teammates through code reviews and technical discussions
Collaborate with Product and Design to prioritize and ship quickly
Integrate intelligent features into the product experience and drive growth
Work closely with customers to translate feedback into improvements
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with TypeScript, low‑level Node.js (Bun), and the T3 stack (Next.js, React, Prisma, PostgreSQL, NextAuth, tRPC)
1+ year of experience building and scaling full‑stack web applications
Desire to own projects end‑to‑end in a fast‑paced environment
Passion for learning and shipping high‑quality features quickly
Continuous learning mindset
