Overview The Data & Analysis team uses data-driven insights to fuel strategic growth for clients. We believe that data should never exist in a vacuum; instead, it should be put to work to bring the best ideas and stories to our clients.

What You’ll Do As a Vice President/Director, you’ll guide teams in driving strategic data-driven growth and operational efficiencies with data. You’ll work to surpass client goals through uncovering insights and communicating recommendations from brand campaigns, acquisition campaigns, site optimization, and/or online testing strategy. You will lead data, analytics, and insights for all commerce activations for one of our largest clients, while also contributing to our growing Commerce practice.

Day-to-Day Role Includes

Acting as a key partner for the client and internal teams by implementing conceptual measurement frameworks and developing effective marketing strategies

Identifying optimization opportunities within retail media investments, to maximize performance and ROI

Represent retail media analytics within the broader data, analytics, and insights team for this given client relationship

Guide clients on measurement best practices and surface cross-retailer insights that guide strategic investment recommendations

Evaluating new online and offline data opportunities in the form of new sources, new technology, client priorities, partnership, etc.

Surface insights from program performance, retailer tools, and internal tool to guide client marketing strategy and decision making

Providing guidance on process improvements and best practices for data management, including innovative data automation solutions, ensuring marketing data is democratized, reliable and delivered efficiently.

Building a collaborative team environment, including participation in department-wide training efforts and fostering employee career growth

Supporting in the development of the Commerce Analytics practice

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in marketing analytics or strategy, including experience working with retail businesses including Walmart, Target, Kroger, big box, grocery, or pharmacy retailers

Strong client relationship and communication skills, with experience managing multiple projects across teams

Experience managing a team

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills

Experience with modern statistical learning methods or measurement tools (regression techniques, marketing mix models (MMM), attribution, incrementality)

Knowledge of digital data technologies (RMNs, DMPs, Google Analytics, digital pixel tracking, site tagging, etc.)

Experience with data clean rooms is a plus (e.g. Amazon Marketing Cloud)

A four-year college degree; advanced degree is a plus

Passion for online advertising and emerging trends in the digital landscape

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Compensation Range Compensation Range: $135,375 - $194,460, annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
