Role
ZS Salesforce Alliance & Channel Partner
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Alliance and Channel Partner to play a pivotal role in expanding and managing high-impact partnerships at ZS with Salesforce. This role focuses on leveraging a deep understanding of Salesforce, with experience in Healthcare, Pharma, or Life Sciences industries. Knowledge of Salesforce platforms including Health Cloud, Data Cloud, AgentForce, and Sales Cloud is highly desired. The ideal candidate will possess a customer-first mindset, proven partnership management skills (especially with Salesforce), and the ability to drive business growth through strategic collaborations.
What You’ll Do
Develop, implement, and execute go-to-market strategies with key strategic alliances and channel partners, with a focus on Salesforce in Healthcare, Pharma, and Life Sciences. Own revenue targets related to strategic partnerships and channel sales; build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with ZS’s growth objectives. Lead partner marketing initiatives and enablement programs to maximize joint solution adoption and market penetration. Collaborate with ZS client teams, Salesforce partners, and industry stakeholders to deliver impactful presentations, demos, and evangelize integrated ZS and Salesforce solutions. Work cross-functionally with internal teams including healthcare practice groups, marketing, PR, legal, and business development to cultivate and expand strategic partnerships and channel relationships. Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on Salesforce Health Cloud, Data Cloud, AgentForce, Sales Cloud, and related technologies within the healthcare and life sciences ecosystem to enable internal teams and partners. Monitor market trends, partner performance, and competitive landscape to refine partnership strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus, ideally in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field. 6+ years of relevant experience managing strategic alliances, channel partnerships, or in pre-sales/business development roles. Strong familiarity and hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms—especially Health Cloud, Data Cloud, AgentForce, and Sales Cloud—preferably in a consulting, partnership, or implementation context. Proven track record leading complex sales cycles and managing partnerships that drive revenue growth. Deep customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships across multiple stakeholder groups. Agile and adaptable mindset capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Technical aptitude to understand and communicate software solutions effectively to diverse audiences. High motivation, strong work ethic, professionalism, and personal initiative to drive results.
