Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a high‑performing restaurant team, ensuring exceptional customer service and quality pizza delivery.
Build and maintain a motivating, inclusive team culture focused on teamwork, respect, and dignity.
Drive operational excellence in all areas, including inventory, food safety, and financial performance.
Implement training and development programs, continuously improving skills for you and your team.
Manage scheduling, staffing, and workload for nights, weekends, and other busy shifts.
Qualifications & Critical Ingredients
Minimum 18 years old, GED or High School Diploma preferred.
Strong basic math and problem‑solving skills.
Physical ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Availability to work nights and weekends.
Positive attitude, passion for quality, business mindset, and ability to treat others with dignity and respect.
