Role Description We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable Health Cloud solutions. This role combines hands‑on development in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning with expertise in OmniStudio, LWC, and enterprise integrations. Strong healthcare domain knowledge, US client engagement experience, and Salesforce certifications are essential.
The Opportunity
Lead Salesforce Health Cloud implementations (minimum 3 projects, each ≥6 months).
Architect and develop solutions using OmniStudio, LWC, Experience Cloud, and enterprise‑scale integrations.
Hands‑on coding in Apex/Visualforce/Lightning; Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
Collaborate with US clients and manage onsite‑offshore coordination daily.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HL7, FHIR and integrate with EHR/EMR systems.
What You Need
Strong knowledge of Health Cloud data models, external objects, and interoperability.
Expertise in OmniStudio, Lightning (Aura & LWC), and large‑scale Salesforce implementations (≥10,000 users).
Proficient in SOAP/REST integrations, Bulk API, Metadata API, and ETL tools (Informatica, Boomi, Mulesoft).
Solid understanding of Salesforce coding best practices and deployment processes.
Certifications: Platform Developer II + 2 Architect‑level certifications.
Nice to Have: Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, OmniStudio Consultant.
Preferred: Experience in payer/insurance domain, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, J2EE/.NET, Salesforce mobile development, Heroku, Einstein Analytics.
Role Location Georgia
Compensation Range $120,000 - $180,000
Benefits Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company‑paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short‑ and long‑term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short‑term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
