Role Overview As an AI Engineer on the Integrations team, you will design, develop, and optimize scalable, high‑performance cloud‑based solutions across the entire software development lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and deliver world‑class software that adds customer value.
Key Responsibilities
Own AI‑driven module design, architecture, and end‑to‑end delivery.
Propose innovative solutions by keeping abreast of AI trends and emerging technologies.
Participate in requirements analysis to provide technical and business solutions for customers.
Write clean, scalable code; test, deploy, refactor, and debug applications.
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and share knowledge.
Deliver secure, high‑quality voice solutions to Aircall clients.
Optimize product and platform performance and monitor live sites.
Participate in on‑call rotation to address critical system issues.
Prioritize security in all aspects of development.
Qualifications
Hands‑on AI experience with LLMs: building, prompting, and model integration.
Direct experience designing, developing, and deploying Agentic AI systems.
Familiarity with AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen) and modern AI architectures (RAG, vector databases, re‑ranking).
At least 1 year of back‑end development experience in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java with a focus on security, scalability, availability, and performance.
Full‑stack development experience is a strong plus.
Nice to have: experience deploying on AWS in a production environment.
Salary:
$140,000 – $220,000 per year (plus equity and benefits).
