EHR Applications Analyst - Cupid/Lumens (Remote)

Beth Israel Lahey Health . In this role you will be responsible for design, development, configuration, implementation, continuous improvement and support of information systems related to EHR applications.

Responsibilities

Define, document, build, and maintain EHR application content.

Create functional specification documents and validate content with the business owner.

Independently lead projects adhering to defined project management strategies and guidelines.

Serve as an application expert and resource for all team members and other application teams in identifying issues and resolution paths.

Maintain required certifications for respective EHR applications and stay current with new functionality and enhancements.

Act as a liaison between IT, customers and/or vendors, coordinating and facilitating meetings with all operational areas.

Prepare and maintain documentation, including analysis, design, programming, standard procedures and user guides.

Perform all other duties as needed or directed to meet departmental or customer needs, including on‑call/after‑hours support.

Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership, up to and including C‑Level interactions.

Mentor junior colleagues in application knowledge and project management skills.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

5–8 years related experience in Electronic Health Record implementation and support, or minimum 5 years of operational experience utilizing EHR applications.

Vendor certification in good standing for assigned application/module.

Ability to assess problems and manage projects independently with little supervision.

Advanced application knowledge and ability to apply it to unique scenarios.

Advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and other web‑based applications.

Social/Environmental Requirements

Work requires close attention to detail; intermittent breaks do not compromise work.

Work is varied daily, requiring adaptability and independent judgment.

No substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.

Health Care Status: NHCW – no patient contact. Health Care Worker Status may vary by department.

Sensory Requirements Close work (paperwork, visual examination), color vision/perception, visual monotony, visual clarity

Physical Requirements Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally. Sitting most of the time, walking and standing required only occasionally. Constant sitting and keyboard use.

Pay Range $119,995.00 – $147,680.00 USD (annual base salary). Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as seniority, education, training, certifications, location, and responsibilities.
