SharePoint Developer
Location: Washington, DC
Clearance: TS or TS/SCI
This program requires US Citizenship RECENT TREASURY EXPERIENCE IS A MUST SharePoint Developer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level SharePoint solutions. This role involves managing workflows, optimizing collaboration spaces, ensuring platform stability, and supporting migrations to cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Workflow & Collaboration
Manage internal process workflows and optimize collaboration spaces.
Design and develop SharePoint sites to facilitate resource sharing.
Support web content managers with lists, libraries, InfoPath forms, and workflows.
Platform & Infrastructure
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain SharePoint systems.
Manage multiple environments (development, test, staging, production).
Oversee SQL Server databases supporting SharePoint, including backups and replication.
Ensure system health, storage management, and OS patching for SharePoint and SQL servers.
Governance & Security
Improve technical governance and architecture of enterprise SharePoint platforms.
Recommend and enforce governance policies and compliance standards.
Collaborate with information security teams to identify and remediate issues.
Development & Customization
Deploy and troubleshoot custom SharePoint solutions.
Modify PowerShell scripts and implement configuration changes.
Create/modify/update image files, icons, and mockups as required.
Migration & Cloud Integration
Lead customer migrations to future SharePoint platforms, including Amazon cloud-based SharePoint.
Implement platform changes based on approved architecture.
Database Administration
Design, implement, and optimize databases and database components.
Manage transaction log backups, notifications, and replication across SQL Servers.
Assist in administration of Microsoft SQL Server and other DBMS.
Support & Training
Provide Tier II and III support for incidents and problems.
Deliver desk-side or classroom training, user guides, and cheat sheets.
Mentor and coach team members to build delivery processes and culture.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Gather requirements from business stakeholders to establish SharePoint application needs.
Participate in meetings with PMO staff and Change Control Boards (CCBs).
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer/Administrator in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, SQL Server, and Microsoft 365 tools.
Experience with cloud-based SharePoint (Amazon or Microsoft Azure) migrations.
Familiarity with database administration, governance policies, and security best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to provide Tier II/III technical support and user training.
Position Details
Pay Rate / Range: $50-60/hr
The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position’s responsibilities; the candidate’s experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.
