Amazon is seeking an Executive Assistant to support two Directors on the ROW team in Seattle, Washington. The role requires managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and supporting cross‑functional initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple complex calendars across multiple time zones Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries Prepare expense reports and submit reconciliation Organize and execute team activities, including staff meetings, all‑hands meetings, off‑sites, and social events Act as a liaison for directors’ direct reports and work closely with leadership, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants Develop and maintain new support mechanisms within the team Basic Qualifications
3+ years of senior‑level leadership support experience or 1+ years of Amazon experience Experience managing executive‑level calendars Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑tech company Experience managing multiple calendars and coordinating complex events Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance and respond with urgency to high‑priority situations Experience leading process improvements Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
