Base Pay Range $157,600.00/yr – $332,300.00/yr
The annual base salary ranges from $157,600 in our lowest geographic market to $332,300 in our highest. Actual pay varies based on location, qualifications, skills and experience.
What You'll Do
Partner with North America Sports and Training Brand Management teams to bring a NYC dimension to Nike Football, Tennis, Baseball, Golf and Training.
Lead key NYC grassroots programming across the five boroughs to connect, push and inspire our high‑school teen athletes.
Drive a robust plan for NYC and continually build new consumer experiences that accelerate brand and business growth.
Champion the NYC consumer, specifically the high‑school teen athlete, and share insights with NA and Global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Obsess the NYC high‑school sports teen athlete and deliver experiences that connect with them.
Build and deliver the NYC brand strategy for multi‑sport offense with a focus on Football, Baseball, Tennis, and Golf.
Lead, manage, and develop your direct report.
Build and deliver seasonal plans and drive activations against key sports moments (NFL Kick‑off, US Open, Subway Series, Win Reactives, etc.).
Devise, plan and execute a grassroots football strategy for the HS teen athlete, inclusive of Girls Flag.
Build and nurture relationships with NYC sports leagues, athletes, communities, grassroots partners.
Partner with Nike Sports Marketing to elevate athlete storytelling and integration into NYC programming.
Support an end‑to‑end insight process, feeding trends from NYC consumers back through the organization.
Work cross‑functionally with Energy and Sportswear teams to infuse sport culture across plans and uncover cross‑sport opportunities.
Track and manage seasonal campaign progress, including recaps and teardowns, and maintain pulse on city consumer insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of brand marketing experience with deep understanding of high‑school teens and sports culture.
Demonstrated passion for sports, culture, fashion, trends and growing sport across high school teens.
Extensive knowledge of Nike’s football, tennis and golf athlete portfolio.
Digital‑first mindset with initiative and curiosity to cultivate innovation.
External‑facing experience with league and retail partners.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to balance creativity with organization and discipline in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment.
