We are currently looking for a seasoned SAP Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping our clients’ SAP landscapes and ensuring the alignment of the SAP solutions with their business requirements.
Responsibilities Provide detailed analysis of current operations, business processes, organizational processes, procedures, and staff components to develop phased revisions for operational and staff components and operational procedures.
Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions that meet business needs and are in line with the client’s IT strategy.
Work closely with customer business units (financial, logistics, acquisition, etc.) and IT teams to define comprehensive SAP solutions, including integration with existing systems.
Conduct detailed system analysis and architecture design, and ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to SAP project teams, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Stay updated with SAP technologies and enhancements to bring innovative solutions to the business.
Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP architecture, system configuration, and processes.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team competency in SAP solutions.
Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business objectives and strategies to engineer solutions that enable those objectives and strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Secret Clearance required.
At least 15 years of SAP experience.
Certified in relevant SAP modules (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate, SAP Certified Solutions Architect).
Experience with SAP implementations (minimum of one full cycle implementation) and management of SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA.
Participation in more than 5 projects, including at least 2 in the roles of Architect or Technical Lead, in the past 10 years.
Proven track record of successful SAP solution architecture and deployment.
Extensive experience in SAP ERP environments, preferably with knowledge in specific industry modules.
Strong background in system integration and security protocols.
Understanding of SAP to ServiceNow or API Gateway integrations.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient using process mapping tools and able to direct junior staff accordingly.
Experience leading the implementation of mission alignment concepts, change management, and transformation activities.
