Optum NY – Otolaryngologist (ENT) – Bethpage, NY Optum NY (formerly Optum Tri‑State NY) is seeking an Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our team in Bethpage, NY. As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you’ll help make healthcare better for everyone by providing high‑quality clinical care in a collaborative environment.

Position Highlights

Independent practice with strong affiliation to local tertiary care hospitals providing a full range of ENT medicine.

Offices equipped with state‑of‑the‑art ENT equipment and services.

Robust in‑house diagnostic testing facility.

Full complement of support teams to assist with patient care.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the ear, nose, throat, pharynx, sinuses, larynx, thyroid, oral cavity, salivary glands, and esophagus.

Examine patients in clinic and perform surgical procedures as needed.

Consult with patients to understand their health concerns and perform specialized tests to diagnose and treat patients.

Consult with patients’ primary care physicians and other specialists.

Required Qualifications

Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or New York licence application in process.

Board certification or board eligibility in Otolaryngology.

Active and unrestricted DEA license, or ability to obtain prior to start.

Salary & Benefits The salary range for this role is $350,500 to $628,000 annually based on full‑time employment. Salary is defined as total cash compensation at target. Pay mix of base and bonus is variable based on experience and metric achievement. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws. Additional benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility).
