Job Summary We are seeking a skilled
Accountant (R2R)
to join
GLBL BusSvcs RTR

Global Finance Services Division . The incumbent would be performing Record to Report (RTR) activities (expert) for Global entities (US, UK, APAC) as part of the Centre of Excellence (COE) team from Bangalore Global Business Services (GBS) Organization. The preference for this role is to be based out of
Bangalore-Shared Services, Whitefield, KA-India .
What you will do
Provide timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting as directed by management.
Maintain financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards.
Create reports on financial performance for internal and external use.
Create and utilize automated tools for updating, analysing and reporting consolidated financial results.
What you will have
3-4 years of Accounting Degree or equivalent.
Professional Certification from CA/CMA institute/US CPA/CMA preferable.
4-35 years of relevant experience in captive accounting service centres or large corporates with Manufacturing & Service nature of business.
Basics in handling multiple ERP's and varied accounting tools.
Basics in data analytical skills and interpretation of results.
Basics in understanding accounting/business issues.
Flexibility to work in multiple shift timings (APAC, EAME, US).
This position requires candidate to work a 5‑day a‑week schedule in the office.
