Introduction
This position is for an IBM DB2 z/OS Application Database Administrator who will be responsible for the ongoing Database Administration for a live application along with the configuration and management of Q Replication of data using the IBM Infosphere Data Replication (IIDR) suite.

IBM Db2 for z/OS Administration
Strong understanding of Db2 for z/OS architecture, storage structures, and system performance tuning.
Proficiency in Db2 system parameters, logging, backup, and recovery strategies.
Experience with Db2 utilities (e.g., REORG, RUNSTATS, COPY, RECOVER).
Knowledge of SQL tuning and optimization for Db2 on z/OS.
IBM Infosphere Data
Replication (IIDR) & Q Replication
Deep understanding of IBM Q Replication concepts
