We are looking for a purpose-driven

General Manager

to become an ambassador of our brand. In this role, you will cultivate an encouraging, collaborative atmosphere, ensure operational excellence, enhance team skills, and devise strategies to deliver a memorable “Smoothie King Experience” for guests and staff. The General Manager will balance strategic, operational, and leadership responsibilities while meeting corporate priorities. Key Responsibilities

Workforce Management

Recruit, source, onboard, and schedule staff aligned with our mission. Implement effective orientation and shift planning.

Learning and Development

Plan and conduct training programs to close skill gaps. Mentor team members, identify career paths, and support internal mobility. Ensure a certified trainer is available for new hires.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

Use P&L, daily checklists, cash logs, and data tools to drive performance. Maintain food‑safety, store appearance, and cleanliness to brand standards. Share daily plans and manage cash reconciliation for accountability.

Sales and Inventory

Analyze KPIs and adjust strategies for sales growth and waste reduction. Develop local marketing plans and community outreach. Manage inventory flow and replenishment signals.

Culture and Team Engagement

Set clear expectations, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews. Recognize accomplishments and innovate recognition programs. Drive cross‑department collaboration to streamline communication.

Work Environment

Frequent exposure to high temperatures, extreme cold, and allergen‑rich ingredients. Work under stressful conditions, irregular hours, 45+ hours per week, including weekends, holidays, and special events. Operate safely in noisy areas and maintain office space as required. Physical Requirements

Audit and inspect store sites; walk, bend, and kneel. Stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance if needed. Prolonged computer use and occasional sitting. Travel Required

Less than 10% of travel. Other Duties

High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s in business, hospitality, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer‑service environment. Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, POS). Experience with OSHA, EEOC, and local statutes. ServSafe certification. Passion for health and fitness is a plus. What We Offer
