About the Role Through our partnership with Boston Public Schools (BPS), we provide in-school and home-based ABA services to students in the East Boston area who need extra support to thrive. This role is ideal for a BCBA who values flexibility, meaningful connections, and focused clinical work—without billables, assessments, or administrative overload.

Daytime school-hour schedule
Services located in East Boston
What You’ll Do
Deliver in-home ABA services for BPS students needing supplemental or non-traditional support
Collaborate with school teams and families to ensure continuity of care
Supervise and support Behavior Technicians as needed
Focus on quality outcomes and meaningful progress—not productivity metrics
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification (required)
Massachusetts LBA license (required)
Experience working in home or school-based settings
Strong communication and collaboration skills
