We're currently seeking a CRNA to deliver high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care across our network, including Vail Health Hospital, Vail Valley Surgery Centers, and Dillon Surgery Center. You'll work with a supportive, experienced team where autonomy, collaboration, and excellence are all part of the culture.
What You'll Do
Manage a case mix that includes primarily orthopedic surgeries, spine procedures, and other general cases -- no heads or hearts Deliver safe, effective anesthesia for a variety of surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures Provide anesthesia care for obstetric patients as needed -- OB experience is preferred but not required Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to ensure seamless patient care Currently, there are no night, weekend, call, or holiday requirements. However, there may be opportunities for those shifts in the future, with additional compensation for those who are interested Compensation & Perks

Active CRNA certification and Colorado RN license (or compact eligible) 5+ years of CRNA experience preferred Advanced airway management skills and a strong grasp of current anesthesia practices BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Excellent communication and decision-making skills Benefits at Vail Health Include:
