Qualifications
MD or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (MD/DO) or equivalent.
Unrestricted Kentucky medical license.
Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Anesthesiology.
Completion of residency in Anesthesiology.
Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience and rank.
