The ideal candidate will have five or more years of experience, be flexible, collaborative, and focused on excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
Provide inpatient OB care and gynecologic consults during nocturnist shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Work an average of 12 nocturnist shifts per month.
Collaborate closely with a supportive team of eight OBGYNs and four APPs to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Manage obstetric and gynecologic admissions, cross‑coverage, ED calls, and acute clinical issues overnight.
Communicate effectively with day teams to ensure a smooth handoff.
Utilize EPIC EMR system‑wide.
Qualifications
Board‑certified in OBGYN.
Minimum of five years of clinical experience.
Flexibility and strong collaborative skills.
Excellent patient care focus and effective communication with day teams.
Proficiency with EPIC EMR and night‑shift operations.
Exceptional Benefits
The pay range for this full‑time position is $291,000–$324,000 annually, with potential quality and/or productivity bonuses.
Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.
Paid malpractice coverage.
