About the Role We are seeking to add a clinical psychologist to our growing clinical testing program with competency in providing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, experience working with a pediatric, adolescent and adult population, and a special interest in Autism and other assessments. The ideal candidate will conduct diagnostic evaluations, evaluate results and deliver treatment recommendations to families as part of a clinically excellent program. Responsibilities

Administer, score, and interpret psychological measures

Determine an evaluation plan that would address the referral questions, including diagnostic questions, treatment recommendations, and/or needs for special education accommodations

Write a thorough testing report to explain the results of the evaluation

Provide feedback to the client regarding the results of the evaluation, and, if requested, coordinate with other providers to share the testing results

Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community

Requirements

Candidates are required to be licensed and credentialed to practice in the District of Columbia

Have clinical or counseling Psychology Doctorate from an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited program and must have completed an APA-approved clinical psychology internship

Experience with completing psychological evaluations

Familiarity with working with and/or within school systems and familiarity with the IEP/504

Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

This position will be under the general direction of the Clinical Director.

Ability to customize your hours

Ability to grow into a leadership role within the organization

This role uses a 60% assessment-based revenue. Clinicians earn 60% of the revenue collected for each psychological evaluation, including testing administration, scoring, interpretation, and report completion. Compensation is directly tied to the number and types of assessments completed. (e.g., A full comprehensive battery is $4000, clinician will receive $2,400)
