Education & Experience:
15+ years of progressive marketing or growth experience, with significant senior leadership responsibility. Experience operating in multi-location, multi-brand, franchise, or services-based businesses strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems, evaluate and refine assumptions, and adjust direction quickly when needed.Strong executive presence, communication skills, and ability to build effective relationships across levels and functions. 401k match
