Represent private equity firms and their portfolio companies
Assist clients in a variety of complex transactions including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, and general corporate matters
Qualifications
4-7 years of private equity experience from a large law firm or SEC experience
Top academic credentials
Excellent analytical and writing skills
Location Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000 – $420,000.
